Its a....

NEW CAR!

Well not "new", as in straight from the lot, but new as in we just bought it!  From the sweetest old couple in the world I might add! They were so nice and it was such a tender mercy and so crazy how it all worked out.
So my car died. Its still dead for the time being. So we were running on one car, which is Scott's parents car. We needed to give it back because his brother was starting a new job and his sister just turned 16! Whoot whoot! and you know what that means!
We had been looking for so long. For a good car, low miles, within our budget...and that just wasn't working out so well. It was the night before we were going to check out a car. To be honest we were settling. It wasn't exactly what we wanted, but it was crunch time.
A last minute check on KSL before we went to bed was exactly what we needed. We stumbled upon a great car that had only been on for about 10 minutes. And if you know KSL, you know that the good stuff goes fast! So we hurried and called and set up a time to go check it out the next day. It sounded good and we were hopeful! Well after we called, he got about 20 more calls. In the morning he explained that to us and said "you better come as soon as you can!" So we did!
We checked it out and knew it was exactly what we needed and wanted! The older gentlemen had told his wife "I hope that young couple comes, I really want them to have it!" We came to find out that they were having trouble putting the ad up. They had been working on it for a few hours when they finally gave up. When we called, it came as a surprise to them because they didn't even know it had worked! I don't just think that was a coincidence. The good Lord knew what we needed and He was looking out for us. It came on right when we started looking online again!
They were sad to say goodbye to such a good car that had given them so many good memories. But they just bought a 2013 car, I'll think they will quickly get over it! But we told them we would keep in touch with them and soon create lots of memories for ourselves in that car.
We are so grateful for answers to prayers and for our Heavenly Father who is always watching out for us! We are also grateful for good people in this world :)

The most exciting part of it all is that we saved for it together, paid for it all up front... and its our first car together!! YAY!
