Tibble Fork Lake

During our rainy camping trip, we hit up the lake. Trevor's parents have an awesome inflatable canoe that we whipped out. Everyone who wanted to get wet..I mean take a ride, went out. There is something so calming about the water, and the reflection of the mountains on the water, and the beautiful scenery that is just something I crave, and need.

Of course we couldn't be by water without Cooger having to get in and get messy and soaked. Cold water does not even bother him at all. He could care less the temperature, he just HAS to get wet. So instead of battling it, we just took off his pants and shoes and let him go.....

Soooo DIRTY. I'm still cringing...

And this baby Harvey. Heart eyes!!!!

It started pouring about 10 minutes after we docked. But it was so fun and relaxing to be out there!

Rainy Days Camping

A few weekends ago we went....CAMPING! SURPRISE! We've only done that like 5 times this summer (with two more trips planned for the end of August). What can I say, we all love it and it's a cheap "vacation/get away/adventure". And the mountains are good for the soul.

We actually got two nights in the tent this time, which was nice. BUT we did get rain, and lots of it. Cooger was hardly faized and just kept playing, and standing in the rain getting soaking wet! I love that it doesn't bother him and he just keeps playing and being his happy ol' self.

Thank goodness it didn't just rain continuously, we did get a few breaks of clear skies and sunshine!

We enjoyed some time on the lake too, but thats a post on its own!
Such a fun weekend adventure!
